1. About Nomadly
Nomadly is a Spanish immigration consultancy firm providing professional guidance and case management services under Spanish immigration law. We support clients of all nationalities relocating to Spain and assist with applications submitted both within Spain and through Spanish consulates abroad. Our role is advisory and administrative. We prepare, review, and guide applications; however, final decisions remain exclusively with the relevant Spanish authorities.
2. Nature of Our Services
Nomadly is an immigration consultancy providing professional guidance, document preparation support, and administrative case management under Spanish immigration rules and procedures.

We do not provide legal representation unless expressly agreed in writing and permitted by applicable regulations.

We do not make decisions on applications. All decisions are made exclusively by the relevant Spanish authorities (consulates, UGE, extranjería, police, etc.).

We cannot guarantee approvals, processing times, appointment availability, or outcomes.
3. Complimentary Intake Call
We offer a one-time, 30-minute complimentary intake call for prospective clients. This call is designed to assess eligibility and explain our services.
